Personal Training

We meet on zoom. I will provide a starter pack of resistance bands, a pair of dumbbells, and a pilates ball. All you need to have is enough space to move around! With your specific programming and goals in mind, we’ll go through a core series, upper body, lower body, and/or cardiovascular exercise, ending with a 5-10 minute cool-down and stretch. I’m always happy to answer any questions via email about your workouts or programming on days that we’re not together.

Pricing

- Individual $50 hour ($35 half hour)
- Two or more people $40 hour/per person ($30 per half hour per person)
